Basic information on financing and contractual conditions:

• Verbal reservation - by individual agreement;
• Reservation contract - concluded for a maximum of 45 days, reservation fee - 200,000 CZK;
• Contract on the future contract on the transfer of the unit - within 10 days from the closing date, an advance payment in the amount of 10% of the total purchase price per unit, which will be paid to the project account at the financing bank (the investor is not entitled to dispose of these funds);
• Agreement on the transfer of ownership of the unit - payment of the purchase price after the issuance of the approval decision.
